Using proper motions from Gaia Early Data Release 3 (Gaia EDR 3) and radial velocities from several surveys, we identify 60 candidate high-velocity stars with total velocity greater than 75\% escape velocity that probably origin from Sagittarius dwarf spheroidal galaxy (Sgr) by orbital analysis. We report on a 60 degree-long stream of stars, extending from Ursa Major to Sextans, in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey. The stream is approximately 2 degrees wide and is clearly distinct from the northern tidal arm of the Sagittarius dwarf galaxy. We present evidence for a ring of stars in the plane of the Milky Way, extending at least from l = 180 deg to l = 227 deg with turnoff magnitude $g \sim 19.5$; the ring could encircle the Galaxy. Two studies have recently reported the discovery of pronounced Halo substructure in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) commissioning data.
