We report the detection of a new 3.06 ms binary pulsar in the globular cluster NGC6544 using a Fourier-domain ``acceleration'' search. With an implied companion mass of ~0.01 solar masses and an orbital period of only P_b~1.7 hours, it displays very similar orbital properties to many pulsars which are eclipsed by their companion winds. The pulsar PSR J1756$-$2251 resides in a relativistic double neutron star (DNS) binary system with a 7.67-hr orbit. We report the discovery of three new pulsars in the Globular Cluster (GC) NGC6517, namely NGC 6517 E, F, and G, made with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST). The spin periods of NGC 6517 E, F, and G are 7.60~ms, 24.89~ms, and 51.59~ms, respectively. We present photometric and spectroscopic observations of the optical companion to the millisecond radio pulsar PSR J1740-5340 in the globular cluster NGC 6397. An analysis of the photometric variability in the B, V, and I-bands indicates an inclination of the system of 43.9+-2.1 degrees if the optical companion fills its Roche lobe (a semi-detached configuration). This paper describes the new Globular Clusters GMRT Pulsar Search (GCGPS) survey. This survey aims to find MSPs in the globular clusters (GCs) of the Milky Way using uGMRT. Globular clusters produce orders of magnitude more millisecond pulsars per unit mass than the Galactic disk. More than 300 pulsars have been discovered in Galactic globular clusters; however, none have been found in open clusters. Here we present results from 20-hour pulsar searching observations in seven open clusters with the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST). We report the results of pulsar searches in ten globular clusters using the Robert C. Byrd Green Bank Telescope. One new binary millisecond pulsar has been discovered in NGC 5986 with P=2.6 ms, P_orb=1.3 d, and a minimum companion mass of 0.16 M_sun. The companion is most likely a Helium white dwarf.
