We present the discovery of a gravitationally lensed dust-reddened QSO at $z=2.517$ discovered in a survey for red QSOs by infrared selection. $Hubble~Space~Telescope$ imaging in the WFC3/IR F160W and F125W filters reveals a quadruply lensed system in a cusp configuration. We find that compared to the central image of the cusp, the nearby, brightest image is anomalous by a factor of $\sim7-11$. We report the discovery of a new gravitationally lensed quasar, SDSS J131339.98+515128.3, at a redshift of 1.875 with an image separation of 1.24". The lensing galaxy is clearly detected in visible-light follow-up observations. We also identify three absorption-line doublets in the spectra of the lensed quasar images, from which we measure the lens redshift to be 0.194. We report on a program to obtain HST observations of galaxy-mass gravitational lens systems at optical and infrared wavelengths. We have observed 104 gravitationally-lensed quasars at $z\sim1-4$ with Herschel/SPIRE, the largest such sample ever studied. By targeting gravitational lenses, we probe intrinsic far-infrared (FIR) luminosities and star formation rates (SFRs) more typical of the population than the extremely luminous sources that are otherwise accessible. We report on the discovery of a highly luminous, broad absorption line quasar at a redshift of $z=3.87$ which is positionally coincident, within one arcsecond, with the IRAS FSC source F08279+5255.
