We describe an ultraviolet spectroscopic survey of interstellar high-velocity cloud (HVC) absorption in the strong 1206.500 Angstrom line of Si III using the Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph aboard the Hubble Space Telescope. Our view of the high velocity cloud (HVC) system is changing dramatically with new observations from the Far Ultraviolet Spectroscopic Explorer mission and the Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph onboard the Hubble Space Telescope. We present analyses of the physical conditions in the z=0.22496 and z=0.22638 multi-phase O VI absorption systems detected in the ultraviolet HST/STIS and FUSE spectra of the quasar H1821+643.
