We observed the cluster Abell 2218 (z=0.175), with ISOCAM on board the Infrared Space Observatory, using two filters with reference wavelengths of 6.7 and 14.3 microns. We detected 67 extragalactic mid-infrared sources. Using the ``GRASIL'' models of Silva et al. We present a new analysis of the ISOCAM 14.3 micron deep survey in a 20x20 square arcmins area in the Lockman Hole. This survey is intermediate between the ultra-deep surveys and the shallow surveys in the ELAIS fields. The data have been analyzed with the method presented by Lari et al. (2001). The massive cluster of galaxies Abell 2219 (z = 0.228) was observed at 14.3 $\mu$m with the Infrared Space Observatory and results were published by Barvainis et al. (1999). Deep 6.75um mid-IR ISOCAM observations were obtained of the Canada-France Redshift Survey (CFRS) 1415+52 field with the Infrared Space Observatory.
