We present an array of new calculations in Lagrangian Floer theory which demonstrate observations relating to symplectic reduction, grading periodicity, and the closed-open map. We also illustrate Perutz's symplectic Gysin sequence and the quilt theory of Wehrheim and Woodward.

We show that in many examples the non-displaceability of Lagrangian submanifolds by Hamiltonian isotopy can be proved via Lagrangian Floer cohomology with non-unitary line bundle. The examples include all monotone Lagrangian torus fibers in toric Fano manifold (which was also proven by Entov and Polterovich via the theory of symplectic quasi-states), some non-monotone Lagrangian torus fibers. We also extend the results by Oh and the author about the computations of Floer co...

This article provides the first extension of Lagrangian Intersection Floer cohomology to Poisson structures which are almost everywhere symplectic, but degenerate on a lower-dimensional submanifold. The main result of the article is the definition of Lagrangian intersection Floer cohomology, referred to as log Floer cohomology, for orientable surfaces equipped with log symplectic structures. We show that this cohomology is invariant under suitable Hamiltonian isotopies (refer...

In this article, we show that the Fredholm Lagrangian Grassmannian is homotopy equivalent with the space of compact perturbations of a fixed lagrangian. As a corollary, we obtain that the Maslov index with respect to a lagrangian is a isomorphism between the fundamental group of the Fredholm Lagrangian Grassmannian and the integers.

In this note we present a brief introduction to Lagrangian Floer homology and its relation with the solution of Arnol'd conjecture, on the minimal number of non-degenerate fixed points of a Hamiltonian diffeomorphism. We start with the basic definition of critical point on smooth manifolds, in oder to sketch some aspects of Morse theory. Introduction to the basics concepts of symplectic geometry are also included, with the idea of understanding the statement of Arnol'd Conjec...

In this article we define intersection Floer homology for exact Lagrangian cobordisms between Legendrian submanifolds in the contactisation of a Liouville manifold, provided that the Chekanov-Eliashberg algebras of the negative ends of the cobordisms admit augmentations. From this theory we derive several exact sequences relating the Morse homology of an exact Lagrangian cobordism with the bilinearised contact homologies of its ends. These are then used to investigate the top...

We provide a construction of equivariant Lagrangian Floer homology $HF_G(L_0, L_1)$, for a compact Lie group $G$ acting on a symplectic manifold $M$ in a Hamiltonian fashion, and a pair of $G$-Lagrangian submanifolds $L_0, L_1 \subset M$. We do so by using symplectic homotopy quotients involving cotangent bundles of an approximation of $EG$. Our construction relies on Wehrheim and Woodward's theory of quilts, and the telescope construction. We show that these groups are i...

Starting from a Heegaard splitting of a three-manifold, we use Lagrangian Floer homology to construct a three-manifold invariant, in the form of a relatively Z/8-graded abelian group. Our motivation is to have a well-defined symplectic side of the Atiyah-Floer Conjecture, for arbitrary three-manifolds. The symplectic manifold used in the construction is the extended moduli space of flat SU(2)-connections on the Heegaard surface. An open subset of this moduli space carries a s...

Given an exact Lagrangian submanifold $L$ in $T^*N$, we want to construct a complex of sheaves in the derived category of sheaves on $N\times {\mathbb R} $, such that its singular support, $SS({\mathcal F}^\bullet_L)$, is equal to $\widehat L$, the cone constructed over $L$. Its existence was stated in \cite{Viterbo-ISTST} in 2011, with a sketch of proof, which however contained a gap (fixed here by the rectification). A complete proof was shortly after provided by Guillermou...

We show how to compute the Lagrangian Floer homology in the one-point blow up of the proper transform of Lagrangians submanifolds, solely in terms of information of the base manifold. As an example we present an alternative computation of the Lagrangian quantum homology in the one-point blow up of (CP^2,\omega) of the proper transform of the Clifford torus.
