We present the first measurements of the transverse momentum spectra and azimuthal anisotropy of the identified hadrons ($\pi^{+}$, $\pi^{-}$, $K^{+}$, $K^{-}$, $p(\bar{p})$, $K^{0}_{s}$, $\Lambda(\bar{\Lambda})$ and $\phi$) at mid-rapidity in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 14.5 GeV for various collision centralities. These measurements are compared to corresponding results from other BES energies. The bulk properties of the system, like the chemical and kinetic freeze...

The elliptic flow parameter ($v_2$) for $K_S^0$ and $\Lambda+\bar{\Lambda}$ has been measured at mid-rapidity in Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}}=200$ GeV by the STAR collaboration. The $v_2$ values for both $K_S^{0}$ and $\Lambda+\bar{\Lambda}$ saturate at moderate $p_T$, deviating from the hydrodynamic behavior observed in the lower $p_T$ region. The saturated $v_2$ values and the $p_T$ scales where the deviation begins are particle dependent. The particle-type depen...

Two particle azimuthal correlations with strange trigger particles ($K^0_S,\Lambda,\Xi$) are presented in Cu+Cu and Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 200 GeV in STAR at RHIC. The near-side associated yield is investigated as a function of centrality, $p_T$, and strangeness content of the trigger to investigate possible flavour or meson/baryon differences. The system size dependence of both the jet-like correlations and the long range pseudorapidity correlations is studied...

In these proceedings, we present transverse momentum dependence of the mid-rapidity slope of directed flow ($dv_1/dy|_{y=0}$) for $\pi^+$ and $K_S^0$ in Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 3.0, 3.2, 3.5, and 3.9 GeV. Both $\pi^+$ and $K_S^0$ show negative $v_1$ slope at low $p_T$ ($p_T < 0.6$ GeV/$c$). Collision energy dependence of $v_1$ slope and $p_T$-integrated $v_2$ for $\pi^{\pm}$, $K_S^0$, and $\Lambda$ are also presented. A comparison to JAM model calculations ind...

We report on the first measurement of the azimuthal anisotropy ($v_2$) of dielectrons ($e^{+}e^{-}$ pairs) at mid-rapidity from $\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}} = 200$ GeV Au+Au collisions with the STAR detector at RHIC, presented as a function of transverse momentum ($p_T$) for different invariant-mass regions. In the mass region $M_{ee}\!<1.1$ GeV/$c^2$ the dielectron $v_2$ measurements are found to be consistent with expectations from $\pi^{0}$, $\eta$, $\omega$ and $\phi$ decay contribu...

We present STAR results on the elliptic flow v_2 of charged hadrons, strange and multi-strange particles from sqrt(s_NN) = 200 GeV Au+Au collisions at RHIC. The detailed study of the centrality dependence of v_2 over a broad transverse momentum range is presented. Comparison of different analysis methods are made in order to estimate systematic uncertainties. In order to discuss the non-flow effect, we have performed the first analysis of v_2 with the Lee-Yang Zero method for...

The results from the STAR Collaboration on directed flow (v_1), elliptic flow (v_2), and the fourth harmonic (v_4) in the anisotropic azimuthal distribution of particles from Au+Au collisions at sqrtsNN = 200 GeV are summarized and compared with results from other experiments and theoretical models. Results for identified particles are presented and fit with a Blast Wave model. Different anisotropic flow analysis methods are compared and nonflow effects are extracted from the...

We report an overview of strangeness production in Cu+Cu and Au+Au collisions at the energies $\sqrt{s_{NN}} =$ 62.4 and 200 GeV. We show new mid-rapidly $dN/dy$ results for the $K^{0}_{S}$, $\Lambda$, $\Xi$, $\Omega$ particles in Cu+Cu \sNN{62} collisions and compare to results in Au+Au \sNN{62} collisions. We show new results for mid-$p_T$ $\Lambda/K^{0}_{S}$ ratios in Cu+Cu \sNN{62} collisions and again compare to ratios in Au+Au \sNN{62} collisions. Finally, we show the h...

This paper presents $v_{4}/v_{2}^2$ ratio as a function of transverse momentum ($p_{t}$), pseudorapidity ($\eta$) and collision centrality in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 200$ GeV using the STAR detector at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). It is found that $v_{4}/v_{2}^2$ is larger than Hydrodynamic calculations, the centrality and transverse dependence of this ratio can not be fully described by Hydrodynamics, and the pseudorapidity dependence is opposite ...

We report the first measurement of strange ($\Lambda$) and anti-strange ($\bar{\Lambda}$) baryon production from $\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}}=130$ GeV Au+Au collisions at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). Rapidity density and transverse mass distributions at mid-rapidity are presented as a function of centrality. The yield of $\Lambda$ and $\bar{\Lambda}$ hyperons is found to be approximately proportional to the number of negative hadrons. The production of $\bar{\Lambda}$ hyp...
