There is merely a short note on the selected issues of neutrino electromagnetic properties with focus on effects of new physics. The meaning of "new physics" is twofold: 1) a massive neutrino have nonzero electromagnetic properties that can be considered as manifestation of new physics beyond the Standard Model, and 2) in studies of neutrinos electromagnetic interactions new effects are predicted that can lead to new phenomena accessible for observations.

The ${\it {spin \ \ light \ \ of \ \ neutrino}}$ ($SL\nu$) is a new possible mechanism of electromagnetic radiation by a massive neutrino (with a nonzero magnetic moment) moving in media. Since the prediction of this mechanism, the question has been debated in a number of publications as whether the effect can be of any significance for realistic astrophysical conditions. Although this effect is strongly suppressed due to smallness of neutrino magnetic moment, for ultra-high ...

We shortly summarize the present status of neutrino magnetic moment studies (theory and experiment). Then we discuss the quasiclassical treatment of neutrino spin evolution in matter. After that we come to the quantum approach to description of neutrino and electron motion in matter on the basis of the quantum wave equations exact solutions method with special focus on spin effects.

After a brief introduction to neutrino electromagnetic properties we focus on the most important constraints on neutrino magnetic moments, charge radii and millicharges from the terrestrial experiments and astrophysical considerations. The promising new possibilities for constraining neutrino electromagnetic properties in future experiments are also discussed.

The neutrino dispersion in the magnetized medium was analyzed as a function of the neutrino spin and mass. It was shown that in a super-strong magnetic field plasma contribution to the neutrino energy greatly exceeds the analogous correction in the field-free case.

Solar neutrinos offer a unique opportunity to study the interaction of neutrinos with matter, a sensitive search for potential new physics effects, and a probe of solar structure and solar system formation. This paper describes the broad physics program addressed by solar neutrino studies, presents the current suite of experiments programs, and describes several potential future detectors that could address the open questions in this field. This paper is a summary of a talk p...

Motivated by the need of elaboration of the quantum theory of the spin light of neutrino in matter ($SL\nu$), we have studied in more detail the exact solutions of the Dirac equation for neutrinos moving in the background matter. These exact neutrino wavefunctions form a basis for a rather powerful method of investigation of different neutrino processes in matter, which is similar to the Furry representation of quantum electrodynamics in external fields. Within this method we...

We explore the effects of electromagnetic (EM) fluctuations in plasmas on solar neutrino fluxes exploiting the fluctuation-dissipation theorem. We find that the EM spectrum in the solar core is enhanced by the EM fluctuations due to the high density of the Sun, which increases the radiation energy density and pressure. By the EM fluctuations involving the modified radiation formula, the central temperature decreases when the central pressure of the Sun is fixed. With a help o...
