In this note, we study possible $\mathcal{R}$-matrix constructions in the context of quiver Yangians and Yang-Baxter algebras. For generalized conifolds, we also discuss the relations between the quiver Yangians and some other Yangian algebras (and $\mathcal{W}$-algebras) in literature.

We focus on quiver Yangians for most generalized conifolds. We construct a coproduct of the quiver Yangian following the similar approach by Guay-Nakajima-Wendlandt. We also prove that the quiver Yangians related by Seiberg duality are indeed isomorphic. Then we discuss their connections to $\mathcal{W}$-algebras analogous to the study by Ueda. In particular, the universal enveloping algebras of the $\mathcal{W}$-algebras are truncations of the quiver Yangians, and therefore ...

We consider the quiver Yangians associated to general affine Dynkin diagrams. Although the quivers are generically not toric, the algebras have some similar structures. The odd reflections of the affine Dynkin diagrams should correspond to Seiberg duality of the quivers, and we investigate the relations of the dual quiver Yangians. We also mention the construction of the twisted quiver Yangians. It is conjectured that the truncations of the (twisted) quiver Yangians can give ...

We reformulate the method recently proposed for constructing quasitriangular Hopf algebras of the quantum-double type from the R-matrices obeying the Yang-Baxter equations. Underlying algebraic structures of the method are elucidated and an illustration of its facilities is given. The latter produces an example of a new quasitriangular Hopf algebra. The corresponding universal R-matrix is presented as a formal power series.

Given an associative multiplication in matrix algebra compatible with the usual one or, in other words, linear deformation of matrix algebra, we construct a solution to the classical Yang-Baxter equation. We also develop a theory of such deformations and construct numerous examples. It turns out that these deformations are in one-to-one correspondence with representations of certain algebraic structures, which we call M-structures. We also describe an important class of M-str...

The construction of quantum knot invariants from solutions of the Yang--Baxter equation (R-matrices) is reviewed with the emphasis on a class of R-matrices admitting an interpretation in intrinsically three-dimensional terms.
In this paper we consider dynamical r-matrices over a nonabelian base. There are two main results. First, corresponding to a fat reductive decomposition of a Lie algebra $\frakg =\frakh \oplus \frakm$, we construct geometrically a non-degenerate triangular dynamical r-matrix using symplectic fibrations. Second, we prove that a triangular dynamical r-matrix $r: \frakh^* \lon \wedge^2 \frakg$ corresponds to a Poisson manifold $\frakh^* \times G$. A special type of quantizations...

In this paper, we study the classical and quantum equivariant cohomology of Nakajima quiver varieties for a general quiver Q. Using a geometric R-matrix formalism, we construct a Hopf algebra Y_Q, the Yangian of Q, acting on the cohomology of these varieties, and show several results about their basic structure theory. We prove a formula for quantum multiplication by divisors in terms of this Yangian action. The quantum connection can be identified with the trigonometric Casi...

Starting from a finite-dimensional representation of the Yangian $Y(\mathfrak{g})$ for a simple Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ in Drinfeld's original presentation, we construct a Hopf algebra $X_\mathcal{I}(\mathfrak{g})$, called the extended Yangian, whose defining relations are encoded in a ternary matrix relation built from a specific $R$-matrix $R(u)$. We prove that there is a surjective Hopf algebra morphism $X_\mathcal{I}(\mathfrak{g})\twoheadrightarrow Y(\mathfrak{g})$ who...

We study the Yangians Y(a) associated with the simple Lie algebras a of type B, C or D. The algebra Y(a) can be regarded as a quotient of the extended Yangian X(a) whose defining relations are written in an R-matrix form. In this paper we are concerned with the algebraic structure and representations of the algebra X(a). We prove an analog of the Poincare-Birkhoff-Witt theorem for X(a) and show that the Yangian Y(a) can be realized as a subalgebra of X(a). Furthermore, we giv...

Yang-Baxter bialgebras, as previously introduced by the authors, are shown to arise from a double crossproduct construction applied to the bialgebra R T T = T T R, E T = T E R, \Delta(T) = T \hat{\otimes} T, \Delta(E) = E \hat{\otimes} T + 1 \hat{\otimes} E and its skew dual, with R being a numerical matrix solution of the Yang-Baxter equation. It is further shown that a set of relations generalizing q-Serre ones in the Drinfeld-Jimbo algebras U_q(g) can be naturally imposed ...
